ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
Every time we ship an order we e-mail our customers a confirmation message with a USPS tracking number. Smoke Revolution USA is not responsible for receipt of any package. We cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local United States Post Office. Proof of shipping (USPS's shipping receipt) will be provided upon customer's request. 

* The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not open on Sundays; all orders made after 9:00am on Saturday will be shipped on the following business day.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES (check below for warranty limitations). The warranty will be voided if the product has been tampered with in any way, have been used with parts that do not belong to Smoke Revolution brand, improper use, normal wear and tear, negligence and / or abuse.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

- Atomizers and Cartomizers: Due to limited life expectancy and normal usage on cartomizers we only offer DOA warranty on these items. Atomizers have a 15 day warranty from the date the order was shipped.

- Batteries, Revolution SMART PACK (PCC), Chargers, Charging Packs: All defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product are covered under our 1 year warranty from the day of purchase.

- E-Liquid, Cartridges, Drip Tips and other Accessories: Liquids, Cartridges, Drip Tips and other “consumable” accessories are not covered under our warranty and no returns will be accepted.

Smoke Revolution USA products are consumable items and we can not resell them after a return. Therefore, we do not offer a full money back guarantee. However, top customer service is one of our goals and we will help you under any circumstance stipulated in our warranty section to solve any issue you may encounter. REJECTED PACKAGES
Rejected packages will be accepted since they are completely new and unopened products. However, Smoke Revolution USA will apply a 15% restocking fee over the total amount of the order.
